Mapping Thomas Pynchon
has been reconstructing a list of
Pynchon's addresses since 1937 based on several sources, including official
archives, interviews, and letters written by Pynchon. He also sent a picture
of the house where Pynchon possibly grew up in Nassau County, one of the
Greenwich Village address, and two of the Seattle residence. This site offers the results of his research project "as is" and in the format he sent it. (dates are approximate)
